Lake and Bay Fountains Inc. warrants all of its products for an unbelievable 5 years against manufacturer's defects. This warranty does not
cover misuse, abuse, and cuts or chews from animals.
NOTE: Extension cords cannot be used to extend power cable lengths.
A voltage drop will occur damaging electrical components.
Minimal maintenance is required to pump filter. Depending on pond
sediment conditions pump filter should be removed and flushed approximately one time every 60 days. All pumps must float in a minimum of 24” of water to prevent pump filter clogging.

Power to fountains and aerators must be disconnected when persons or animals are in ponds. Lake and Bay Fountains is not to be held responsible for any related injuries to persons or animals.
All lighting kits are warranted excluding bulbs. Lights must be installed
as designed by Lake and Bay Fountains. Any special installations can be warranted with a receipt showing approved install from Lake and Bay Fountains. All fountain lighting kits must only be operated when fountain or aerator is in operation.
** If for any reason you experience a problem with your fountain or aerator, please first contact a representative to discuss the remedy to your issue. All warranties start at the time of shipment of product. All products are shipped with a warranty card that must be returned to Lake and Bay Fountains within (30) days. Any non-warranty related repairs will be done on a per quote basis. All defective parts will be replaced at no charge. Shipping will be at customers expense until warranty coverage is deemed fit. **
